We, Indian daughters are always overwhelmed to drape our mother's saree because we are always being told that saree is a class, a definition of beauty, femininity and India's trademark fashion style. We are taught to adore saree since our childhood. We also know saree can be a magic for styling and fashion. It is something which makes us feel confident, it brings out beauty of a women. When stitching started during the Vedic period, for women saree was the easiest attire to wear. Saree cannot be compared to any style and garments. It has it's own beauty, its flexibility is its magic.
When we look back to the glorious centuries or era of Kings and queens, it gives a flash vision of beautiful palaces and forts, music, lavish food, fine arts and ofcourse extraordinary clothing and fashion which makes us wonder about the history of fashion in India. It is so rich and memorable, where sarees are a major fashion influence.
With the influence of western culture, many changes made a foray in the Indian fashion scenario. India has seen many dynasties and kingdom, be it Mughals, Marathas, Scindia dynasty or Rajputana rulers, each of them brought a distinct quality and influence to ancient Indian fashion. Its history is something which is not easy to encompass in a single box.
 Our choices and style are and will continue to get influenced by what is in and what is out but we can proudly say India has the most vibrant spectrum of fashion and style which is evergreen.

As a person who likes to spend time near nature, lush greens, listening to tranquility, birds chirping, and staying close to nature and also being a style lover, here in this blog I am going to share with you my experience on how I styled my look to feel the beauty of nature and at the same time feeling confident and stylish.I wore a simple black T-shirt dress which is very comfortable that makes me feel free and to add style I wore it with brown belt paired with pink block heels, bamboo crafted hat and bag to complete the look. STYLISH AND MODERN LOOK WITH BANDHNI FABRIC

Look created out of old dupatta. Here, I have wore a top with white threadwork designed fabric sourced from local market and a pant made out of my old bandhni dupatta.  Bandhni, is a type of tie and dye textile which is adorned by plucking the cloth into many bindings, that form a design. The art of bandhni involves dyeing the fabric which is tightly tied with a thread at several places to produce different patterns. We also know, it is the oldest form of tie and dye. Bandhni is generally performed on cotton and silk fabrics. Nowadays, there are various bandhni designs and patterns available in the market, but in this situation, going out for fabric sourcing is not a good idea. So, what I had decided is to make a garment from old fabrics which are not in use.  Here, I have created a summer casual look giving it a classy, chic and pretty girlish look with soothing colors, white and pink combination.
